At JWM Wares, we prioritize our customers’ needs and aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services. While we do not currently allow returns, we do offer exchanges under the following circumstances:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Your item is eligible for exchange if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or otherwise not functioning as described.
- The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all associated accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase (i.e., a valid receipt or order confirmation) provided.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
- Items with missing parts or accessories, not in their original condition or packaging, or items that have been submitted without a valid proof of purchase (i.e., a valid receipt or order confirmation).
- Services, digital products, and software downloads (including Enbryx app subscriptions).
3. Exchange Procedure
- To initiate the exchange process, please email our support team at info@jwmwares.com with your order details and reason for exchange clearly stated in the subject line.
- Our team will guide you through any troubleshooting steps (if applicable).
- If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
Please note: In the case of non-defective items, the customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for this process.
4. Once we have received and inspected your item, we will begin the process of exchange or replacement.
4. Shipping Costs
- If your exchange is due to a defect or error on the part of JWM Wares, we will cover the cost of shipping.
- In all other circumstances, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for a smooth and transparent process.
