At JWM Wares, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all of our products, as well as efficient delivery of our services. Please review our Shipping & Services Policy below to understand your delivery options and related details.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship JWM Wares products nationwide within the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If you are located outside of our designated area of coverage, please contact our support team for possible arrangements at info@jwmwares.com with your request clearly stated in the subject line of your email. 

Please note: International shipping may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer to cover.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping:

• 24 hours within Lahore, 
• 24-48 hours within the province of Punjab/between province-to-province main cities. 
• 72+ hrs for remote or far-flung areas

Although we do our best to make sure you receive your items on time, delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or any other delays with the courier.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain amount, as stated in valid JWM promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

6. Failed Deliveries

If your delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, you may be subjected to re-delivery charges.

7. Service Provision

• For Enbryx app and related services, activation details will be provided via email or in-app notification.
• Some services may require configuration or installation, which will be arranged upon purchase.
  

8. Damaged or Lost Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jwmwares.com with a clear subject line and detailed photos for assessment.
• JWM Wares is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as “delivered”. If you believe your package has been lost, stolen, or misplaced, please contact the courier directly. You may also contact our customer support team, who will be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
